tansanriki ("we," "us") recognizes the importance of protecting user privacy in the iOS application Mic Shot Trigger ("the App") and establishes this Privacy Policy ("Policy") as follows.

1. Basic Policy

The App processes audio data on your device only and does not send it to external servers. We do not use advertising, behavioral tracking, or third-party data collection services.

3. Information We Handle and Purposes of Use

All information handled by the App remains on your iPhone.

3.1 Microphone (Audio Data)

Purpose: Detecting gunshots and sound registration (Premium feature)
When collected: Only when you tap "Start Recording" or "Start Detection"
Background: Microphone use stops when the app moves to the background
Always-on listening: We do not perform always-on listening
External transmission: None — processed on-device only
Storage: If you use Sound Registration, a reference audio clip is stored locally on your device

Microphone permission is required to provide these features. Without permission, detection and recording features cannot be used.

3.2 In-App Settings Data

The following settings are stored locally (UserDefaults and Documents folder):
- Gun names and settings (detection mode, sensitivity, volume, etc.)
- Selected gun sound file
- Language preference
- Recording duration setting
- Registered sound data (if registered)

Purpose: Saving and restoring app settings across launches

3.3 In-App Purchases (Premium)

Premium purchases and restorations are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not directly obtain payment information such as credit card numbers. Purchase status is verified on-device through Apple's StoreKit framework.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect or transmit:
- Personally identifiable information (name, address, phone, email)
- Location data
- Contacts, photos, or camera data
- Tracking via advertising identifiers (IDFA)
- Data via third-party analytics or advertising services

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties, except as required by law.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

App settings and registered sound data are stored on your device. Deleting the app removes this data from your device. We do not store this data on our servers and cannot delete it remotely.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Security

Audio and settings data remain on your device only and are not transmitted over the network. Please manage your device security (passcode, etc.) at your own responsibility.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as needed. Significant changes will be announced by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
