Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q. The app does not react to sounds.

A. Please check the following:
- Microphone permission is enabled (Settings → Mic Shot Trigger → Microphone)
- You have tapped "Start Detection" and detection is active
- The app is in the foreground (screen visible)
- Try increasing the detection sensitivity
- Point the front of your iPhone (screen side) toward the sound source

Q. Gunshot playback is delayed.

A. Bluetooth earphones and wireless speakers introduce significant audio delay. Please use the iPhone built-in speaker or wired headphones/speakers.

Q. I purchased Premium but features are not unlocked.

A. Tap "Restore Purchase" in the app. Your Apple ID must be the same one used for the purchase. If the issue persists, contact us at info@tansan.pw.

Q. How do I use Sound Registration (My Recording)?

A. Sound Registration is a Premium feature. Record a gunshot in section ①, adjust the selection on the waveform to match the attack of the shot, then register. Recording duration can be changed from 1 to 10 seconds in Settings (gear icon).

Q. Does it work with automatic or burst-fire weapons?

A. This app is designed for single-shot firearms only. It does not support machine guns or other burst-fire weapons.

Q. Is my data sent to external servers?

A. No. All recording and detection data is processed on your device only and is never sent to external servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Q. What languages are supported?

A. Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Spanish, French, and Thai. Change the language in the in-app Settings (gear icon).
